Jardines del Sol

We liked the bungalow which was modern with everything you would need for self catering. The bungalows were clean and gave a comfortable nights sleep. The facilities are very good - we used Baily’s Bar on site for a meal when we arrived and drinks across our stay. We used the swimming pool once in our stay which is ideal for families.

Excellent staff from start to finish. You are offered a 'Whats-app message' on arrival which is incredibly handy as you can reply with any questions you may have. Baileys Bar - Again first class service. I did note that people who weren't staying at the hotel also came in from other areas to eat and drink, very popular. Bars, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Recommend you do try Baileys Bar as well.

Stine welcomed us all when we arrived, she gave us all the information we needed and had a great sense of humour. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and had everything we could have needed, the pools were lovely and never crowded with plenty of luxury sun beds to relax on. Baily bar was great for cocktails, food was really good and evening entertainment was also fab. Mini golf was great fun, the refurbishments going on at the property was never a bother at all and with it being a gated property with key card entry, we all felt very safe and secure.

the bungalow was fantastic hold ten of us clean lots space inside and out the three pools very good clean good for kids snack bar was brilliant good food lots drinks and staff very good as per reception team very helpful had two vehicle's own garage and drive felt safe location for large mobile party adults would recommend . for the price for ten people in one place left us happy

Very spacious, clean accommodation, well-maintained, with great beds/bedding and shower, kitchen had everything I needed, ample parking — and the price was very fair. Nothing to dislike at all. The restaurant was so good I unexpectedly ended up eating there every night. The pool area was ok too. I noticed disabled amenities and quite a few guests with walking sticks so the hotel probably caters quite well for someone with walking difficulties. Loved the tap with drinkable water. It helps cut down on plastic rubbish. I massively enjoyed Playa Mujeres in Papagayo.
